401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Detail Specialist | Full-Time | West Plains Location
MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: We have openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Estimator | Full-Time | West Plains Location
The job of the Estimator is to provide a high level of service to customers through accurate and timely estimates of vehicle damage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, writing timely, high quality, and complete estimates according to customer requirements. This position is the primary contact with our customers providing them with details of the repair such as cost and estimated time. Other duties include, but are not limited, to ordering and tracking all parts and sublet work on jobs, final bill reconciliation, and verification to assure all work was performed prior to vehicle delivery. Two to five years of experience in an auto body shop is required. ASE, I-CAR, and Vendor certification and experience with CCC is preferred. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work in a time sensitive, team environment. A valid driver’s license, with a good driving history, is required for this position.

Paint/Prep | Full-Time | West Plains Location
The Paint/Prep position is responsible for all necessary preparation of vehicles for painting. Some removal and installation of moldings, handles, factory decals, etc. will be required in this position, along with determining a plan in preparation for the paint process including; masking, sanding, buffing, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in automobile paint prep and a successful work record with demonstrated excellent quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Office Clerk | Full-Time | Mechanical / Coyner’s
This position supports the efficiency of Coyner’s mechanical shop by working with vendors, accurately bill out invoices, greet walk-in traffic, complete estimates, process payments for accounts payable, and order and receive parts for the mechanics as requested. Although this role is based out of Coyner’s shop, the selected candidate will be a DAA employee and report to Len Roll. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as well as excellent office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook), 10-key and the ability to operate other office equipment. Demonstrated organizational and customer service skills are also required. Experience working in the automotive field (such as a counter person) and with QuickBooks is preferred.

NIGHT SHIFT: Detail Specialist | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This shift is from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday.

NIGHT SHIFT: Detail Quality Control | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This shift is from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday.
The QC position is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, facilitating the flow of production and providing the final quality approval on all vehicles processed through the Detail Department. This position will also train and educate new production staff. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and at least 6 months of experience working in a detail shop or production environment. Supervisory experience is desired. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

NIGHT SHIFT: Detail Lot Support | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This shift is from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday.
This position supports the Detail Department by safely and efficiently moving vehicles, controlling the flow of vehicles to/from Detail, and locating vehicles on the lot. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
