Our comprehensive package includes medical, dental and life insurance with the employee’s premium paid by DAA. Regular full-time employees (working 30 hours a week or more) are eligible to participate.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.

Employees and their families have 24-hour access to the professional assistance they need, whether it is for work or home. This includes legal counsel, psychiatric, and eldercare referral.
Daycare & Medical Reimbursement Accounts (Flexible Spending Accounts)
DAA’s dependent care and medical reimbursement accounts are used to reduce taxable wages while paying for daycare, elder care or to pay for qualifying medical expenses not covered by health insurance.
DAA employees enjoy six paid holidays per year in addition to paid vacation days based on years of service with the company.
