Auto Body Repair Tech | Full-Time
WEST PLAINS LOCATION
Our Auto Body Center is looking for an exceptional Auto Body Technician to join our award-winning team. We are a leader in the collision repair industry and we’re looking for a dynamic individual that is just as passionate about quality and customer service as we are. Our Techs are responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles including inspecting damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates, developing a repair plan for each vehicle, and completing all necessary repairs. They also maintain the cleanliness and operating condition of their workspace and perform their duties safely. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, hardworking, quality minded technicians looking for a competitive compensation plan and a fun, fast-paced work environment. Our facility is state of the art, I-CAR Gold Class certified. We’re a high-performance company looking for a high-performance technician. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of excellent attendance, high attention to detail and must provide their own tools. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a body technician is strongly preferred.
Automotive Technician | Full-Time
WEST PLAINS LOCATION
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our Spokane Mechanical Shop. Under minimal supervision, this position will provide diagnosis on vehicles and perform moderate to complex repairs on a variety of makes and models of vehicles. This position also accurately performs medium to complex repair on anti-lock brakes, airbags, electrical, air conditioning, vacuum and hydraulic systems, drivelines etc. Our Auto Techs independently utilize computers, scanners, lab scopes and other types of equipment to perform diagnostic work on mechanical and electrical systems. They troubleshoot issues and determine the appropriate course of action and perform safety inspections completely and accurately according to established safety inspection checklist. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A clean, three year driving abstract will be required for this position. ASE Certification, a mechanical aptitude and your own tools are required.
Mechanical Shop Office Admin | Full-Time
WEST PLAINS LOCATION
We are looking for an experienced Office Admin to join our team and support the efficiency of our Mechanical Shop by working directly with vendors, accurately billing out invoices, processing payments for accounts payable, ordering supplies and researching, ordering and receiving parts for our mechanics. They also work closely with our Arbitration and Fleet/Lease departments ensuring we are providing the highest level of service to our customers. Our Office Admin accomplishes this all while serving as the face of our Mech Shop, managing the phones and greeting walk-in traffic with a smile. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and is passionate about cars and people. Successful candidates will have previous experience working in an office setting, possess a high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving ability. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. A valid driver’s license, three-year driving abstract and background check will also be required. Previous experience working in the automotive field is preferred. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Detail Specialist | Full-Time
WEST PLAINS LOCATION
We have multiple openings for responsible, hardworking individuals to join our Detail team. Our Detail Specialists play a key role in the preparation of hundreds of vehicles for our weekly auctions. They are our reconditioning experts, ensuring that all the units crossing our auction block are exceptionally clean. Details Specialists are responsible for the interior and exterior detailing of vehicles which can include shampooing and vacuuming carpet and upholstery, cleaning vinyl, rugs and others surface and buffing exterior painted surfaces. Our Detailers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operating condition of their workspace and tools and for performing their duties safely. We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, have an eye for detail and a history of excellent work attendance. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, the ability to stand for long periods of time and don’t mind getting dirty or messy as part of their job.
